We were back visiting family and came here for Sunday brunch. Great breakfast choices along with breakfast drinks. A very tasty Bloody Mary followed by Eggs Benedict with crab lasted all day until our flight home. Service was good.

We got here after 7 on a Friday night and were seated right away. Then we waited and waited. When a couple who arrived after us was waited on, we flagged down the wait person who didn't have our table but said she would take...our order. So that wasn't a good start. The beyond burger was not cooked enough but the vegetable panini was good. Both the Maryland crab soup and the cream crab soup were tasty. The hummus in the hummus platter was delicious. The green salads are huge but good. Beer choices are the way to go if you want a drink as the wine options are very limited. We were glad the food made up for the service.More
We had our rehearsal dinner at Dandelion Bistro last week. The food was superb! There were only 13 of us and we were assigned the small room by the bar. It looked so pretty, as the staff helped us decorate it. Everyone loved the food...and the place. The meatloaf and the turkey club sandwich were delicious. The cakes were divine. Besides, the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend this place and it is a great place for a birthday or rehearsal dinner celebration.More
Love this restaurant, which I used to visit whenever I went to see my late parents in Glenelg. With a varied menu of delicious dishes, there’s something for everyone. And the creative decor and relaxed atmosphere give it real character in a comfortable setting. I’ve...been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner on numerous occasions since 2017, and still pop in whenever I’m in the area.More
Please stay safe and healthy. Miss your place so much. Unfortunately I am a good 25 miles away. But when this is over ...
We made reservations for 6:00 p.m., promptly ordered our food but the salads did not arrive until over an hour after we ordered. The place seemed understaffed. Our waiter was very nice but was literally running from table to table trying to keep up while...tending bar. When our meals did arrive, an hour and 15 minutes later, they were mediocre. My husband had the Cajun pasta dish which did not have much flavor and the sauce was watered down. I ordered the pesto veggie pizza with the cauliflower crust. There was no pesto on the pizza. It was very bland so I opted to bring it home to spice up the leftovers myself. The crust was store bought. Maybe it was just a bad night for the place, but we won’t be going back.More
I love their huge crab cakes on a pretzel roll. Their pizza is also very good. This restaurant is a hidden gem and they also have takeout.
An out of the way gem that is frequented by the locals. Plenty of parking including handicapped. Easy handicap access to all areas of the restaurant. Our party of seven ordered all different menu items, mainly crab cakes and beef. Their salads are very unique....If you order a soda, you can get either a coke or a pepsi. Sodas come in cans with a glass of ice. Food was superb, every item was a hit with us. After dinner, Keith, the chef and owner visited us for comments. Kaylee was our server and a really good on at that. We will return.More
Dandelion had very fresh salads, sandwiches, and other options. I had the Asian chicken sandwich. It was absolutely delicious! I was worried it might be spicy but it wasn't at all. Service was quick and there was good parking during lunch. I highly suggest it!
Goodbye boring and messy crab cake sandwich and hello to the most amazing wrap Chef Keith has ever created. After months of tinkering in the kitchen and lots of constructive feedback from Brian (loyal bar customer), Brian’s Grilled Crab Cake Wrap is ready to satisfy...the most discriminating palate. Because it’s grilled, the wrap has a wonderful toasty flavor while staying hot to the last bite. A MUST try during your next visit.More
This place is amazing! My wife and I shared the meatball pizza and the salmon salad and they were both excellent and so was the service. The table next to us had the biggest crab cake I’ve ever seen so we will return in a...day or two and have that.More
Dined from the seasonal menu for the first time this summer - now planning and scheming to return as soon as possible. The chilled peach soup is like no chilled fruit soup I have ever had (I'm from the deep south - I live for...chilled soups). Topped with grilled peach slices, the creamy soup is amazing. The gluten free southwest crab cake, served with asparagus and local tomato slices, is a delicate blend of southwest spices that enhance the crab. Perfect. Good choices of gluten free foods, including starters like roasted cauliflower with dipping sauces.More
We frequently visit Dandelion Bistro because it is always a pleasant experience. The food is freshly prepared and delicious, from garden salads to entrees. My favorites are the crab cakes and the grilled salmon. The desserts are amazing and there is a nice selection of...gluten-free items. There is usually a guitarist playing on the weekends which adds to the relaxed environment. The servers are friendly and attentive, and the owner always visits our table to say hello. We really enjoy visiting Dandelion. I can't say enough good things about it. I wish there were more restaurants like Dandelion.More
I’ve now eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at this restaurant and can honestly say that everything is excellent!! The menu is a perfect size-not huge but a lot of delicious choices!! This place is worth checking out!
This was a first visit for a Saturday night dinner. The decor is very rustic and from what is said on the website with many meaningful items. We ordered from the "Winter" Menu and were very pleased. I had the scallops and my boyfriend had...the pork chop. We started with great fresh salad with house made dressing which is on the side. We ordered a bottle of white wine from Spain which we had not had before it was a perfect match for our entrees. The wine prices are very reasonable. The sides we choose were root veggies for the scallops and smashed potatoes for the pork. Each dish had amazing flavors. The pork chop was very large. There were 6 large fresh sea scallops. We were quite pleased with the service given how busy they were. We also enjoyed the amazing guitar player who had a 16 string guitar! This is a chef owned. We plan to go back to try some more of this great food!More
