The Chesapeake Inn is most likely one of the most well known restaurants on the water in the area. You can drive or even come by boat. Their food is great. I recommend their crab pizza. Drinks are average price however you're more so paying...More

Do yourself a favor and dine here while visiting Chesapeake City. The staff was great and our waitress could not have been better. We had a great lunch in the restaurant upstairs. Just bring a sweater if you get cold easily since the a/c works...More

Stopped here for lunch. We first went inside to eat until we saw how pricey the menu inside was and headed for the deck. Decent service and food was average.

Yes this was the site of the Dockside restaurant from the 80s and early 90s. The Chesapeake Inn opened in 1996.

Thank you Cheryl, we have decided on "The Granary" - I will post a review - although the weather report is not great for Sunday, we have reservations in the dining room by a window. We will enjoy the scenery rain or shine.
