Stoped ar this spot just off I95 for a quick break and a bite to eat. While it is an older style restaurant the Staff was friendly and food good. Washrooms tidy and particularly noted the well landscaped grounds and the beautiful white flowering trees...and the picnic tables to enable one to catch some nice fresh air and sunshine. I have been traveling a lot in recent months and have been making regular stops at McDonald's in several states. I was severely disappointed in all of those that I visited in at least five states. At all of them the service was terrible and...professionalism of staff was virtually non existent. At a couple of those, the food was also terrible. I stop at McDonald's because they are conveniently located at most exits and provide relatively quick service. Fast forward to Saturday, April 28th, I stopped at this McDonalds and it was like a different world compared to all the other places (McD's) that I have visited in the past year. Ordered quickly with friendly and efficient staff. Was given a plastic numbered stand after ordering which I took to the table and while getting my drink the food was delivered. As soon as I ate a few bites, an employee stopped at the table to ask me how the food was and if they could do anything else for me. As soon as I finished with the food, an employee arrived to say they would gladly take care of my tray and thanked me for visited this location. The entire experience was so refreshing and you wonder why they cannot deliver this kind of service as the other locations. My hat is off to the leadership and staff at this restaurant.More

The fries were cool. The place was dirty. The employees looked overworked and there shirts were dirty. No napkins in the holder. The floors + tables were not clean.

This was the best crispy chicken sandwich meal and quarter pounder we have had from McDonald's in along time. Good to go, thanks.

When ever in Watervile we stop at KFC for lunch .We love this place .They still have baked beans with chicken just great. The extra crispy is very good all ways hot and juice .the staff is friendly and quick . The franchise owner has...fond a great manger .More

Believe it or not, the lobster roll we ate here at McDonald's was one of the best we had during our stay in the area, and about half the price the other places were charging. Lobster rolls are a sacred and iconic food in Maine...and one gets a few interesting comments when he says he had a lobster roll at McDonald's, but I am not shamed. Typical McDonald's. This facility is clean and neat. The food was as expected, the service members were pleasant, but we hit the lunch time rush so service was a bit slow - other visits have been a normal wait time.

Center of quarter pounder was uncooked. Manager on out was nice. He acknowledged it and sent it back. I waited for the replacement , but when it arrived it was even more rare. Manager seemed sympathetic, but uncooked beef patty despite two tries is unacceptable...and likely unsafe Not sure if the problem was the cooking surface, a setting of the cooker, or the employee doing the cooking. If you eat here, check the center of your beef patty.More

Best food around. Finally something to eat. Better than our lodge and they didn't set their grill on fire and almost kill us all like at Whisperwood.

Staff slow, dirty floors, however my food was fresh and good! It's not just this Mcdonalds is all across the nation, The younger generation just don't care.

I think their fries need a change. Other chain restaurants have better tastier, crispier fries. They do have the best tasting fish fillets though.
