I might as well get this out right away- this is the absolutely the worst chinese buffet I have even eaten at. Yes, that bad. Most of the food was dried out as though it had been there for many hours and we have arrived...right at prime dinner time. Salad bar: Shredded lettuce, crotons and diced ham. That's it. Chinese standard, wonton soup: bland. No leeks. Yes, no leeks. Mislabeled food or food with no labels at all. Plain rice only. No shrimp fried or pork. Even heavy doses of soy sauce couldn't save it. A white fried floured patty with a soft filling- not sure if it was meat or fish. A white fish fillet soaking in water that nearly disintegrated when I chopped a piece off. The list goes on and on. By the the time some male voice could be heard shouting in chinese at one of the ladies that worked, even the pepsi had an unusual taste to it. But by that time maybe I was just getting paranoid. I don't know how they stay in business. Maybe four or five other families there at most. Cost was $42.50 with tax for 3 people. There are better choices in town, but wanted to give this one a try having just moved to the area. You decide. I will never go back.More

I haven't been here in a couple of years I used to stop all the time when I was working over the road and always stopped off for a bite on the way north to home. I recently stopped off and was surprised at the...place seemed to be almost empty at supper time which is highly unusual for this place. It was dark, the atmosphere was very dull the wait staff slow, the buffet was not up to the standard it used to be food had been in the steamers for a while, some of it was cool, not hot so not impressed at all. I might try it again because some more recent reviews have been favorable so I am hoping that things have turned around.More

We were there at noon and there were quite a few tables full. The hostess apologized for her English. She couldn't understand me. I told her that her English was much better than my Chinese. The Buffet was clean. (Bathroom also). The Spinach and Cheese...dish was very tasty, but not refilled. So the M & C didn't look great - We are there for CHINESE food. The noodles were cold. I should have taken from the bottom. There is a sign clearly stating, "Food on the bottom is hottest." The staff is very pleasant. Where else can you get a mean for under $10? The Sesame Chicken was good. The Hot and Sour Soup was disappointing. I didn't see Wan Ton for the Soup. The "donuts' are my favorite! So yummy. The (artificial) Crab Legs and Cheese dish was really good. Lots of choices. Apple Strudel for Desert. Tapioca Pudding was disappointing.More

Traveling back home on Thanksgiving day. Happened to stop by at this incredible buffet we all had great time!! Also thank you for the beautiful calendar. Will stop by again when in the area next trip.

We stopped in Waterville to get gas and happened upon this place. My girlfriend has a soft spot in her heart for Chinese buffets so we decided to give this a shot. When we entered, are 4:45pm, the place was empty save for an elderly...gentleman in the back of the restaurant. Sitting alone. I thought it was great, it was like we had the place to ourselves. The downside was, they had probably put the food out nearly an hour earlier because everything was close to room temperature and the macaroni had turned from the bright yellow it was supposed to be to a deep orange. Of course this none of this stopped me from eating because I had already started and there was no going back. I decided that a cold meal needed a cold dessert, so I went to get some ice cream. My girlfriend and I stood waiting for the attendant. Two people showed up. A guy(who happened to be the one waiting on my table) and a girl. I asked the guy for vanilla and he said they didn’t have any. So I said strawberry. The girl opened the freezer, to get the ice cream and there was a big and fairly full bucket of vanilla. My girl friend tried to tell the girl I was wanting vanilla instead and she was shushed and told to wait a minute. And we tried to explain that we were told there was no vanilla. She didn’t seem to care. I saw this as incredibly rude. That’s no way to treat a guest to your restaurant. The coffee was decent enough though.More

It was a great family dinner,I find this place is pretty good.but,it was awful to read those bad and obviously make up reviews,I think ppl need to stop hurting people restaurant,I mean there food is decent and obviously fortune cookie is very fresh in single...pack, not in Walmart pack,or whatever the reviews say.that’s why I leave this review.if Run in to this problem,I would of find out who did this and take this into legal action.More

The food is very bitter and I found Hair in the noodles and sushi. I'm pretty disgusted.also pretty sad that the cookies are still in a walmart container for desert. This place needs help. Maybe a food inspector

food had a funny taste, what there was of it .not a lot of selections . its pretty sad when you offer wal mart cookies still the original package as a desert

over all the place is clean good food and the wait staff is great but the cashier is very rude would not stop texting even after I told him how rude it was he made my daughter and i wait to be cashed out and...continued texting while cashing us out when I go out to eat I would like to feel like I am wanted he made me feel like he didn't care weather or not we was there is phone was all he cared about I think if it is that important you can step out side so that customers aren't ignored while your on your phone someone needs to have his phone takin away while he is at work it only the polite and right thing to do you are at work then do your job not play on your phoneMore

We have eaten at many Chinese restaurants but none as poor as this one. At least half of the food was cold! Even the hot tea was only lukewarm; how can you mess up on that? We ended up paying the evening meal price even...after complaining to two people about the cold food and lack of choices for us. Perhaps the health department should make a surprise visit with thermometers to show these people how food should be served! We would never return here! Their attitude was that they were right and we were wrong! Poor customer service!More
