I can’t say that I have ever had goo service at this location or a good sandwich . They never fill the sandwiches . The staff is never friendly. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches, used my credit card and pulled it out when it said...the transaction went through. The cashier said I pulled it too fast and to put my credit card in again. I told her it got approved the first time which she argued with me about. When I checked my credit card , it said it was approved twice. I reentered the building to try to te the same cashier and she was going to check on her end. She told me it went through only once. I had proof right in front of me that it went through twice. I told her I would never go there again. What ever happened to friendly service and the customer is always right. My bank said I was right and to wait a few days and they would dispute it. We were hungry from shopping and decided to go with Subway. I know what your thinking.....Subway. We were greeted by a very pleasant staff and placed our orders. Our server, Megan, was very nice . She talked to us like we were in there every...day, very cheerful. It enhanced the meal by the way we were treated. They were generous with the fixings and made sure we had water glasses. Left with a full belly and pretty good feelings. Above average Subway, and Megan's boss, give that girl a raise! Everyone else just say "Hi" to her from Rick!More
