Our 4th visit to this gem. 2013, 2014, 2015 and last week. It has impressed every time. The lobster roll is the best 'evah. I love the haddock dinnah. It is the best fish and chips I have ever had. No longer cash-only. It now takes credit cards.

As my title says, this was the best Lobster Roll I've personally had. A quaint little shack just outside downtown and the Old Port, this is a must stop for any visitors to Maine.

This is a little hole in the wall seafood place! You could tell the lobster was fresh and worth the wait! It was busy when we went in because there was one guy making the food and then a second one came in to run the front. It smelled delicious when you first walk in and it's worth every second... More

The most expensive of four places we enjoyed lobster rolls but very fresh and tasty and generally a good portion. Fried clams were exceptional with a very light batter that did not overpower the meat. Not much ambiance; crowded inside with 3-4 tables and outdoors 4-5 picnic tables. Come for the food, not for the view (although a rather nice... More

OK, it is small and it's a wee bit hard to find (though plenty of parking behind the eatery), but if you crave freshly prepared local seafood and don't mind eating in a tiny little hole in the wall--by all means go for it. First, they went out of their way to take care of us. We had our hearts... More

The best. I am embarrassed to say this is the reason i drive 5 hours from NYC. The seared scallops and a lobster roll and I am set. God bless the grill - cash only. small hole in the wall.

The lobsters roll looks like a lot of lobster because it costs $30 each. It's nothing comparing to Eventide for $17. It tastes very blend with mayo and the rest of the other things have no taste. Save your money and a trip for other things.

We decided to come into Fisherman's Grill to start our trip to Portland and boy we are so glad we did. This place is a small shack but serves excellent food. The lobsters here are amazing, but the best thing was the Seared Scallops. IT was the best tasting scallops that I've ever had. Two thumbs up!!!

Went on a Saturday and had the market rate special for 2 lobster rolls, pint of fried clams and two drinks for about 78 dollars. Although a little expensive for a hole in the wall restaurant, it was quite good. The lobster rolls were delicious and the clams were great too. Not the best lobster rolls in Maine (that would... Thanks to Trip Advisor, found this out of the way " lobstah shack" for our final meal in Maine at the end of our vacation. We enjoyed their special of 2 large " classic" " lobstah" rolls and some fried clams. We ate them sitting outside at a shaded picnic table. It was expensive (!) but worth it. Excellent quality...
