After a long day this became a very nice way to end the day. Small; eclectic and local, I only ended up there as it was close to the hotel. Sat at the bar; not crowded on this Thursday. Tried the corn, andouille and shrimp...More

My wife and I went for breakfast during the week. Food was, at best, warm when served. Wait staff not attentive. Maybe they should rename it "Warm Suppa". There should be no excuse for serving a meal that isn't hot. This is a pretty basic...More

Four of us sat right down on a Monday morning for breakfast at Hot Suppa. We didn't know how lucky we were until we saw the crowds forming in the vestibule behind us, waiting to be seated. Service was friendly and efficient and the menu...More

Stopped in to Hot Suppa for breakfast, busy day, waited 1/2 hour for table, but it was well worth it. Excellent food, fresh and well prepared, excellent service from all the staff. Small space, but comfortable. Looking forward to trying again.

We found this local spot and dined there twice for breakfast. You have to wait, but that's fine because you can get a cup of hot coffee. They should add seating in the waiting area, since there's only a bench seat. Food was good, servers...More

Came here a few weeks ago with a friend who has been here before and he raved about the corned beef hash. We must have timed it right because we got the last table right away and than the place stared a long waiting line....More

After becoming a fan of southern cuisine during my visits to Charleston, Savannah, and Atlanta, I was really excited to try this restaurant. Frankly, I was disappointed after reading such great reviews. I had one of the specials; Carolina Pork Belly Roulade with pumpkin raviolis....More

Having lived in North Carolina for 7 years, I was nervous about getting "southern food" so far north. But after multiple recommendations, we tried it and we loved it! The brunch was delicious and well priced. There was a long wait, but we explored Congress...More

Parking is a challenge. There is no lot for the restaurant. Depending on what time I day we go for dinner, we often have found a spot out front, or may park on a side street. The restaurant is worth it, so we would even park... More

The menu at Hot Suppa is all made from scratch from quality ingredients; local goods are used whenever possible. Our renowned breakfast and lunch are served seven days a week, so you can get that corned beef hash fix whenever you’re jonesing. Dinner is available five nights a week, featuring our favorite dishes, like fried chicken & a waffle, falafel salad, and Maine oysters on the half shell. We offer a full bar service if you care to relax into the evening with a Porch Swing cocktail, or recover in the morning with a spicy Bloody Mary or cold draft beer.
