Charming, cozy restaurant in a typical Maine house ( with a parking lot ...which you need in Ogunquit in the summer ). First of all....ask for Johanna as your waitress....she is fabulous. Party os 4 the first time and 8 the second time...so we pretty much tried everything. Arugula Salad with blueberries, pecans, goat cheese and pomegranate balsamic; Red &... More

Located in a beautiful old house, we discovered this gem and then ate there for more times in the next three days. Best fish and chips I've ever had. Great wine and beer list, lots of fresh specials and very attentive service. The owners are always around, so you don't get the sense that a bunch of clueless college kids... More

Our first dinner in Ogunquit was one of the best meals of our two week vacation. The food and service were outstanding. The portions are huge! The wine list was great with very reasonable prices.

I'm allergic to shellfish and gluten which makes me a bit fearful of eating out (especially in coastal Maine where everything seems to have seafood in it). The man who arranged our seating said that the restaurant could handle my allergies, the waitress was attentive to them and my food was delicious. Most importantly, I didn't get sick. The menu... Surprisingly good breakfast! We decided to eat here for breakfast last minute cuz there was no line like other breakfast places had. The menu is not only basic breakfast, rather with more eclectic breakfast options. They had a tomato chutney served on side with the eggs which I added to my crab cakes eggs Benedict and it was yummy! My... More

Service is a little awkward, but besides that the breakfast is outstanding! I have gone twice now and the Chorizo benedict is to die for. It is served on a corn muffin with chipotle hollandaise and home made chorizo and it is so well done. Also the cranberry and blueberry mimosas were tasty as well. Everyone else in our party... More

I just returned from a week of eating and drinking my way through Ogunquit...Roost was my hands down favorite for both food and service! Here's the list of places that I went (Jonathan's, Five-O, That Place, Gypsy Sweethearts, MC Perkins Cove, Rose Cove, La Orilla, Roberto's, Wild Blueberry, Banditos, Amore, Barnacle Billy's and Cafe Preggo). Roost beat them all! Here's... More

Huge portions of everything here. I had the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato waffles which was delicious and my husband had a huge omelette.

Breakfast was great! Generous amount of food, awesome coffee, and the waiter was one of the most friendly and attentive we've had to date. We have already made reservations to go back for dinner.
