Stopped in on a busy Friday night and got a seat at a high top table I. The bar. Cocktails were tasty and staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

We recently held a wedding ‘after party’ at Old Vines Wine Bar. It was a cocktail party with appetizers served throughout the evening. At breakfast the next day, our guests were still talking about what a wonderful time they had. The atmosphere was great with...both indoor and outdoor areas for us to use. On a chilly July evening, some of us enjoyed gathering around fire pits and appreciated the throws that were provided for us. Others enjoyed a lively time at the bar inside. Janai was very helpful with the planning leading up to the event, and Sandra took very good care of us that night. The food and drinks were outstanding and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The bride and groom are leaving on their honeymoon and they will be taking memories of a perfect wedding celebration with them – the party at Old Vines Saturday night was just the right way to cap off the weekend events. If you are considering hosting an event at Old Vines Wine Bar, you have definitely made the right choice!More

Unbelievable menu options, for all dietary restrictions. The extensive menu is well curated with multiple cultural dishes. The drink menu is also fantastic. Highly recommend to any foodie!

This venue was absolutely amazing! The service was incredible, the bartender was fantastic as he made the best drinks and new our orders by heart (this was a party of 50 people), and the food was DELICIOUS. Our group can certainly get rowdy.

Make sure you make reservations ahead of time to get a table indoors for dinner. We sat upstairs (could not hear the outside music). The menu is traditional tapas style food. Each dish is cooked to order and served immediately. You might get 2-3 selections...simultaneously, but everything is cooked to perfection. We started on sharing a CAESAR salad (definitely share) with a lemon garlic dressing. Our next course was a Welsh rarebit with an IPA cheese sauce, fresh mushrooms on a tosted baguette. My cottage pie had large tips of braised beef (tender) with carrots and mashed potatoes.More

We stumbled across this gem and had the most delightful experience. The food was great. Awesome selection of craft cocktails & wine. The service was exceptional. We felt like we had been going there for years . Brenda, behind the bar, was truly the bee...knees! The owner, James, was so welcoming and friendly. Not too many places these days that you meet the owner and see him working with the staff. We can’t say enough about this place. Five star experience all the way. We can’t wait to go back & dine like a local. It will be fun to see our new pals again!!More

1st time to Maine and had 5 couples in town for my wife's 40th. First dinner spot we hit up and could not have been better after a long day of travel. Service and food was spot on and very good vibe and experience.

We made advance reservations for an inside table though the large outside covered patio looked inviting. It was on a Friday night and the place was hopping though our concern about service proved to misplaced. A chioggia beet salad was shared which proved to be...quite delicious and bountiful (see photo of 1/2 portion). My wife ordered halibut that came with forbidden rice salad, orange red wine reduction, almond and brown butter sauce. I countered with sea bass of unknown origin coupled with a grapefruit chermoula sauce, roasted Japanese eggplant and rouille (sauce). Both pieces of fish were moist and perfectly cooked.More

We popped in here, having never been in Kennebunkport before, and just adored the bartenders. Not only did they mix up the most delish drinks ever, but they were able to steer us to another city to visit based on our need to see some...foliage before we return south. Thanks, guys, you are the best and make us want to move here!! :) P.S. The food was outstanding too!!More

Don’t miss this dining experience while visiting Kennebunkport. The waitstaff was exceptional. Food was unique and delicious. Sat outside under a beautifully decorated tent. Will definitely go back if visiting this area again.

Had a wonderful respite at Old Vines. They had live music - which was wonderful, and comfortable seating. A lovely outdoor venue. Great wine list and fun specialty cocktails too. Our server Kate S. was super friendly, professional and attentive.

My wife and I visited Old Vines for an early dinner, arriving at 4:45 PM, and seated in one of the outdoor tents. Our server Janai greeted us and gave us time to select a cocktail and then several of the tapas style items to...share. We ordered fried corn on the cobb, fig tartlet, olive tapenade, and halibut. All were very good, but for the tapenade. For our taste it was much too finely mashed and very salty. They advise that items come to the table as they are ready from the kitchen, but Janai said she would space them out for us. The corn and tartlet were first out, and as noted both very good. Next was the tapenade, and just about a minute later the halibut (our entree). These came much too close together for two hot items, the halibut could have waited at least ten minutes. Considering the stated two hour time limit for parties of four or less, we were in and done in about an hour. This felt rushed, for us. Especially given the time of day we were seated, and given the number of empty tables. We enjoyed conversing with Janai, service was excellent. We will return in the future, but would request better spacing for our food items.More

Sam C did a spectacular job of taking care of us. She was low key, but very concerned about us enjoying the experience. We shared three dishes, Cajun seasoned almonds and pecans, and chicken meatballs. We also had wine and unique cocktails.

Really fun vibes, great charcuterie board and awesome live music. Waitress was pretty bad though which definitely took away from the experience. Luckily the food and vibes made it worth it
