What else would you go there for other than a great lobster roll? Why some fried clams, of course! We walked down the hill from the parking area and ordered a lobster roll and a pint of fried clams. While waiting for our order, we got a couple of beers. Not a lot of choice on the beers but not... More

This was my first visit to the Boothbay Lobster Wharf. They were waiting for our bus to pull in, greeted us and explained how we would be served. It took no time at all to serve all 55 of us. Tables were set and pitchers of water, tea, and lemonade stood at the ready at each table. We could also... More

Second time we were there (only in town for six days, went here twice) the had a pretty good band and did some dancing. On the dock eating lobster and looking out at boothbay harbor -... More

The was our first trip to the Northeast and I planned to eat lobster every night. The lobster roll I had at the Lobster Wharf was much better than the one I had the night before in Ogunguit in that it had twice as much lobster on it. My husband had the deluxe hamburger and said it was good but... More

Pretty much everywhere you look in Maine, someone is selling lobster rolls. Most are pretty small, honestly. However, the Lobster wharf serves up an enormous torpedo roll piled high with fresh, sweet lobster. It was twice the usual price, but served up three times the lobster. Wow!

We went the other night in the rain for some steamers and Blueberry pie. Fortunately they had an enclosed building. Typical dockside lobster joint. We've been coming here for years. Many of these places are closing for the season. It seems Oct 12 is when the rest of them go to Florida.

The name is changed but the value and quality is the same. Pure and simple , fresh , sweet , tasty lobster, barely out of the water and steaming hot on your plate. We got the special , three lobsters, two sides and savored every bite. We have come here for years. This is no frills, just Maine lobster at... More

We had hard shell & soft shell whole lobsters, they were the best I have ever had! They cook them in boiling water on the deck with an ear of corn, it also perfect. We had... More
