Just had another fine breakfast at Blue Moon Cafe. Good omelet, good coffee (I like their self-serve coffee bar), prompt service. We sat outside overlooking the foggy harbor watching the boats. In truth, we don't go there as often as we should, and we have...More

We stopped in the centre of Boothbay for some lunch following a visit to the Botanical Gardens. The Blue Moon Cafe was a great little find. The sandwiches were packed and for a small additional charge they came with crisps and coleslaw. They were very...More

We had a delicious breakfast on the porch on the bay. Blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup. Fantastic coffee - with choices of brews too!

The corned beef hash was excellent. The eggs were done to perfection and the coffee was really good too the potatoes were unusual in that it was a mix of white and sweet potatoes. And of course sitting overlooking the harbor was a big plus.

Right on the water at the harbor; a great place to have breakfast before the Monhegan Island ferry or other boat trips. Super small and crowded when there's a queue to order food, but if you luck into a table on the deck, it's fabulous.

We arrived at 2 minutes ti 2:30 and despite they were in process of closing for the day, we were offered service as long as we did not order from grilled food! I had my usual Thai wrap and the children had 'the best peanut...More

The Mr and I went to Blue Moon Cafe with the intention of eating breakfast, but we missed it. It turned out to be a good thing. We ordered two of the 'special of the day' sandwiches which were roast beef with 'horsey mayo', purple...More

Menu on the website says Sam Adams and Geary's. As Robert M suggested maybe drop them a note or give them a call if this is important to you.

Description
The Blue Moon Cafe serves breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and is conveniently located on Commercial Street right on the water. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking scenic Boothbay Harbor. The atmosphere is casual and we serve fresh and creative food at reasonable prices. Several of the Cafe’s specialties include, Fresh Baked Muffins, Cinnamon Pecan Crusted French Toast, Homemade Corned Beef Hash, Breakfast Burritos, Maine Lobster Rolls, Haddock wraps, Reubens and Crab Quesadillas. We also serve beer, wine and spirits so you must try one of Fred’s Most Excellent Bloodies which are always a favorite for Sunday Brunch. On Sundays we serve Lobster and Crab Benedicts as well as special seafood omelets.

Please contact us about hosting a private dinner party on our gorgeous deck for 10 or more people. It is super reasonable.
