One of the oldest most established plate lunch places in Lafaytte. No avgrat atmosphere but good food. Get the beignets for breakfast.

Awesome food, reasonable price, a hidden gem. Staff also very nice. I got the Catfish. My husband the pork. The bread pudding is some of the best I have had in awhile so do get it, even if it's to go.
This place is great. It's a small place that the locals frequent and stayed busy the whole time we were here. Lunch was served cafeteria style and it was hard to choose because everything looked good. I had the crawfish étouffée and it was excellent.
Nothing special. We both had the breakfast platter. Unfortunately the waitress was more interested in training new girls than serving us. Our breakfast sat under the lights a good 5 min. Resulting in a not so warm breakfast. Waffle house has a better breakfast.
Enjoyed lunch; you order going through cafeteria style line; the choices are awesome; service fast-they bring your order to table. I had the hamburger with cole slaw on it, and it was excellent.
