Friday, 2 PM. As I entered, I noticed that the restaurant was clean inside and out. Sparkling clean windows, clean sidewalk, dust-free window sills, clean floors, and all empty tables wiped clean. I ordered a whole catfish poboy, paid, and sat at a table. After waiting about 10 minutes, my poboy was delivered to me in a basket. I was... More

Been 6 plus months since last visit. Consistency and quality are two words that come to mind. Here IMO is the results PROS: service is personal and friendly. Dogs/ sandwiches and po-boys are made to order and hot. Gumbo is spiced to my liking. Order took 10-15 minutes at lunch time. Cajun twist( 1/2) with small cup of gumbo was... More

Poboys are outstanding. They also have several salad choices and soups on the menu. All the poboys are press toasted which really adds to the flavor. It takes a few minutes for your order to be ready, its not like subway, but the extra time can be tasted in your sandwich. The restaurant is always clean and service is good.

Grabbed the burger lunch special. I added cheese and bacon to it. Burger was seasoned and tasted good. The fries are thick cut with some Cajun seasoning. They are some of the best fries in lafayette. And it was not expensive

Yesterday we went to Louisiana Poboys for about the 20th time. The main thing this place has going for it is that the food is consistently good. The food is always hot and cooked to order which is amazing because they have a pretty large client base. My favorite time to go is 11:00 AM because they are usually pretty... More

Walked in atmosphere was very nice. You have to order at the line no table service. We ordered to go and it did not take long, but then we were the only people in there. I ordered the oyster po boy and fries. Got home everything still warm. Took a bite of the fires and had to hurry to the... More

We only knew about this place because of a Deal Chicken coupon. I bought one and decided it was worth a try. The place was completely empty and now I know why. It was obvious that this was our first time there because we were standing at the wrong register looking at the menu. Instead of the cashier letting us... More
