Went with a party of 7 to celebrate family coming in from Virginia. The food was delicious and we didn't wait long at all to be seated. The actually sat us down immediately. Great family environment! Great food!

Our family has been going to Riverside Inn for man, many years. It has the best food and best service! We go as often as we can, but not as often as we would like to. This is truly my favorite restaurant!

Recent celebration for my husband's birthday was at Riverside Inn: consistently good service, great food, and nice atmosphere! Still one of our favorites here in town.

We enjoyed dinner. Our waiter was very engaging and pleasant. One of us ordered "lump crab" and gets a massive pile of picked crab"...excellent! Crabcakes were very good and the crawfish etouffee was O.K. Rating could vary quite a bit depending on what one orders.

Thank you and I have to agree - the potato soup is amazing. I think the next best one is the Split Pea Soup on Monday!!!! It's a must to try - you'll try more than once :)

Stopped in for a drink and light brunch. We both had the Rouler, official drink of Lafayette, made from rum that is distilled in Lafayette, sweet and sour mix, a few drops of bitters, and Club soda. Very good cocktail. Followed that with the crabmeat...More

Recommended by a local so I had high hopes. When we arrived, they didn't mind that we were dressed casually as we were in town for a kids' sporting event. When we were seated the hostess told us that if we were to like their...More
