This is a genuine top notch Italian restaurant and the service was top notch as well! We sat upstairs and were served by Shawn, who was personable and very knowledgeable about the food and preparation. Food was exceptional!

While visiting downtown Paducah and looking for an upscale meal, I highly recommend Cynthia's. My wife and I sat outside, shared a bottle of wine and enjoyed our dinner thoroughly. The prices are very fair considering the quality of experience.

Outstanding meal! The food was fresh. We loved it so much we ate there twice. The service wasn't good the second night but the food was consistent. The veal was tender and delicious. We were a table of allergies and they accommodated us very nicely!
I arrived early before Cynthia's even opened. I was graciously offered a seat at the bar and found the Limoncello Martini a perfect fix to my long day of driving. At the appointed hour of official opening--5 pm--I asked to be seated for outside dining....More
