8 of us met for a friend's birthday dinner. The food was good, the service was great. It was raining when we arrived, so we took advantage of the Valet parking. I thought the prices were to high.

This is a great restaurant. It is a little pricey. I do not typically go to higher end establishments out of concern that I am going to pay through my nose for a meal that is mediocre, been there, done that. After you experience their cuisine you are immediately satisfied with the price. The food and service are superb. A must... More
High quality, exquisitely prepared and plated world cuisine. Excellent service, wine list and service. This is the second time we've dined here, several years apart, and it was just as good, if not better, than the first time. Shared an app, entrée specials were exceptional and tried a dessert with an Avocado theme--delicious and different!
went there a few years ago and it wasn't good but friends in town and wanted to try it again so hoped it would be better. Out of 4 of us only 1 enjoyed the meal. Drinks are still overpriced and the mix tasted old. The food was so so and my wifes had to be sent back.
Seviche is an elegantly casual restaurant where food is an art form. As many other reviewers have noted, the menu is pricey, but the food is exquisite. Between us, my friend and I tried the bison empanadas, potato bisque, arugula and strawberry salad, crab and heirloom tomato seviche, scallops, coconut flan, and avocado ice cream. Each dish was prepared perfectly... More
We had a couples night out without kids and Seviche never disappoints. Started out with their namesake ceviche. Ordered the shrimp and tried the halibut. Shrimp was excellent with a little bit of spice. SOD was a southwest tortilla and also shared the Cali wedge with my wife. Both were properly portioned and flavorful. All but one at the table... More
Selected Seviche because we were celebrating my nephew's 21st b-day and wanted it to be special. Seviche did not disappoint. First, a shout out to Katie, our server. We had a party of ten, ages ranging from 6 to let's just say, senior. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the dishes in detail, attentive without being overbearing. She was... Our food an drinks were delicious! We sat outside which was not a great idea due to the flies but we managed. Drinks were well made and heavy on the alcohol. The made to order guacamole was delicious as were our other appetizers.
The food was great, it's been awhile since I've been somewhere with that quality of food and preparation. The price is very reasonable for the quality you get also. Service was great and the overall experience was excellent! This is definitely a must go to restaurant when in Louisville.
