This place has your basic Chinese take out food staples but they far succeed other locations by having VERY fast delivery times. I had ordered and my food was delivered to me within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you want your Chinese take out and quick!

We order take out from China One several times a month. We are never disappointed with the flavor or the amount of food you get for your money. Very generous portions. Service is always fast and courteous. I especially like General Tao Chicken. Their egg rolls are excellent.

It's wonderful to have a Chinese restaurant thatvdoesent use msg. Test food was hot and very delicious. I would recommend this place. No frills, great prices!

I like that you can see what’s happening in the kitchen. But the dishes here are really plain, bland and uninspiring. The good thing is you get a lot of food at lunch for cheap.

Picked up take out. Had soups, chicken egg rolls, sesame chicken and chicken lomein. It was ok, not great, not terrible. The egg rolls were probably the best thing in the order. The lomein was mostly noodles. The wonton soup was very salty.

China one cooks your food when you order so it isn’t sitting under a heat lamp drying out. The menu choices are many but the food is just OK. It fills the void when you’re craving some Chinese food. The lunch combo prices are very reasonable.

I walked in and stood there for over a minute and nobody came to wait on me. There were two young girls sitting at a table and neither of them stopped at all to offer help. But then I doubt they even spoke English.
Finally an older woman came out to take my order. I asked for an eggroll and wonton soup. These are the two things I usually order to evaluate a new Chinese restaurant I haven't been to. It didn't take long, and she came out and put my food in a paper bag. When I went up to get it, I told her it was to eat in. She said "yeah yeah" this is for here. So I had to ask her for silverware and a knife. She put a fork and napkin that was wrapped in my bag. She then literally reached into a jar, grabbed an unwrapped knife that was just sitting in there, and threw it in my bag. I stood there in shock for a minute and decided it wasn't worth the battle.
So despite the bad service, the eggroll was very good despite being all vegetables, no pork, chicken or meat of any kind. Wonton soup was amazing. So I would give it more stars for the food and less stars for lack of good service. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Keep in mind this was 7 o'clock at night.

I eat the shrimp and vegetables and the best in town! The egg drop soup is great! I like broccoli and the vegetables is what it need when ai need a good healthy meal.

China One is great for delivery. Their food is cooked to order, taste good, and the portion sizes are plenty, enough to make two or three meals out of. They are polite over the phone, if they do not understand what you are saying, they get someone who can. All the dishes are hot and tender, not microwaved, rice is cooked perfectly.

There are only 3 things that would make China One better:
1) Don't give us 500 packets of sauces we just don't need.
2) Don't make us order rice or any other side we don't need.
3) Please offer string green beans like other Chinese restaurants.

Ate here last week. I ordered spring rolls, Shrimp Lomein and General Tso's chicken that came with fried rice. The portions are huge and the flavor is great. Its the best Chinese spot in Louisville, reminded me a lot of the Chinese take out spots in NY. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because of the spring rolls. Everything else was great.
