We generally like this local restaurant, however, the kitchen timing was off a bit. When you not halfway through with your salad and your main course comes it's a wee bit of a problem. The server apologized for the food arriving too early. Fortunately, service and the food were very good. Our server brought us more bread without asking plus... More

Was with a group walking the area and we decided to dine here. Took a while to get a table on Saturday without a reservation but was worth the wait. Reservations recommended.

Surprise dinner date here tonight, neither of us had ever dined at DiFabio's before. Since neither of us was hugely hungry going in to dinner, we decided to just order an appetizer or two and an entree to share. We were not greeted, really, but after a few minutes we were seated so there was no wait which was nice... More

1st time visit. I called ahead after booking reservation on-line to let them know about our anniversary. They congratulted us on the big day before we even hit the table. Cool... Server was excellent recommending items. My wife had Chicken Marsala which she loved. I had Linguini/marinara/add sausage. Good flavor (Next time I will request my pasta aldente) Turamisu and... Surprisingly, many restaurants are actually closed on Sunday for church, can you believe that????? Tried it cause not much choice that day. An attempt was made to make vodka sauce which came out red and too much red pepper spicy. The wine was good and the tiramisu was homemade and great!!!!

Hot garlic bread is complimentary. It comes with garlic butter. It didn't matter that the butter was really hard because the bread was so hot that it melted the butter almost instantaneously. For dinner I ordered a pasta dish: the Angel hair pasta and pesto sauce with chicken. It was really delicious. The pesto that I've had at other places... More

My favorite Italian restaurant in the Louisville area, especially for the price. The front patio overlooking Frankfort Avenue, very cool set up. The filet was amazing and you can't go wrong with the ravioli or any of the pastas with pink sauce. Wine was half priced and service was perfect! I'd highly recommend.

Went with friends without a reservation, and staff was so great! They moved some tables around to squeeze us in, and our waiter was wonderful. The food was great too- pretty standard Italian, which I love. It is tiny, but mighty.
