This is a fine dining experience with attentive service. There is an eclectic quality shop attached with unusual items and books. Have been coming here every year for a number of years for a catch up with friends we only see from time to time....More

Had the “vintners lunch” either two or three course. Local and interesting ingredients. Venison and winter vegetable pudding was excellent as we all had that I can’t comment on the alternatives. Very busy though and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and atmosphere. Nice...More

This was my first visit, on a Monday it was close to full. We were quickly seated and given prompt and very polite service. I chose the vegetarian Faratini rice balls which were excellent.

We visited for coffee and a scone on our way home from elsewhere, curious after hearing good things about the place. Over all there was nothing outstanding to note. The scones were quite dry and we didn't get the clotted cream we'd ordered but the...More

Called in here on a sunny Sunday morning to wander the vineyards and visit the gardens. Unfortunately we were a little too early for the garden and vineyard walks as this doesn't open until 2pm. Disappointed as we were our schedules wouldn't allow us to...More

Love the Leaping Hare and is a favourite destination for breakfast. The warm banana bread is a treat, the pancakes with blueberries and bacon are excellent too. Retail therapy at the shop recommended for that extra special gift. This is a gem in the wilds...More
