Stopped in for dinner on my visit to Bardstown. Great family atmosphere in restaurant, they had a Santa Claus visiting and craft area for children. Staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable of menu. Food was great, I had Philly Cheesesteak and fries in the bar area which was great place too. Whole restaurant has great ambiance. I will be back... More

We chose to stick around Bardstown on our second day of the Bourbon Trail and Mammy's was suggested by our private driver. We went in for lunch and the place was packed. There was a 25 minute wait-so we obviously decided to belly up to the bar for another drink. We chose to eat right there at the bar and... More

Pretty neat place, good service friendly staff. Nice selection of bourbons at fair price. Food was very good, had a southern burger that was very tasty with fried green tomatoes. Had a Kentucky feel that was nice.

Had a late lunch here. Nice ambiance with roaring gas fireplace. Lots of seating. Menu with lots of choices, breakfast, salads, sandwiches, dinner entrees. We had the Kentucky hot brown, which was the best so far that I have had, Reuben sandwich which was good and BBQ burger which was delicious. They have a huge choice of bourbon choices including... We stopped by here before dinner to have a few drinks. It was fun. The bartender was very nice, she told us about the bands (yes, two) that were coming later that night. We went back. They also told us it was the best breakfast in KY. The dinners that we saw being served looked delicious so we came here... More

Friendly staff! Good food! The spinach salad great with lots of "extras". The cheeseburger was also tasty. This is the place to eat in Bardstown.

Charming, Quirky, excellent service, terrific food, and interesting decor! Had breakfast here while visiting friends. It is charming from the cow at the door to Marilyn Monroe in the women's restroom, but the service is top-notch and efficient and the food was delicious.

After hearing about this place from many locals we decided to check it out. The food was so good! We tried the bourbon burger and it was great. Will definitely come back again.

What was once the Old Stable has become one of my favorite places to eat when I'm visiting my home town! Like the traditional home cookin I grew up with BUT BETTER! Each time I visit I discover a new favorite on the menu. You can find fancier food in Bardstown BUT MAMMY's is SO FINE! Try it - you'll... More
