They do BIG portions here. The house salad was huge, the steaks were perfectly cooked and reasonably priced. The French Onion soup was superb. Excellent service.

this is the only steakhouse close to Ft. Leavenworth. Inside the restaurant is “no frills” but the steak is good quality. Homemade desserts are worth a try if you have room.

Always a great meal and good environment at Metropolitan Steakhouse! It's my favorite restaurant in Leavenworth/Lansing. Food is always great and good service. Owner takes pride in his work and is thankful to customers, always pleasant. Yummy!!

Friday and Saturday only they offer a smoked sirloin that is out of this world! Great family atmosphere with a selection of beers too. Weekly stop for me these days!
