I have not eaten here in a long time so I was wondering if the quality was still good. It is. I had the meatball soup which is always good as my appetizer. For the main meal I had a cheese enchilada and chili relleno. The food was good. I will eat here again.

Basic surroundings but the food was very good. Service was satisfactory. The only alcoholic drinks are beer.

Phenom Chicken Fajitas and Shrimp Diablo. Great chips and salsa appetizers too. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Always great food at Casa Alvarez. Huge menu. Family-owned business. Food is consistently great. My family always eats here when we visit.

Not much to say about the atmosphere, etc. but I have been back for one dish that I found unique and tasty: the Enchiladas Montadas (cheese enchiladas with fried egg on top). Tasty with an interesting blend of spices that give it a very unique flavor.

Food was a little on the greasy side. But it was edible. Although our son who eats about anything wouldn't eat but a bite of the leftovers. The tea was really good though. Would try a different Mexican restaurant next time in town.

A smaller restaurant across the street from motels. Good food, fast service, pleasant prices. I had the special ($6.40) burrito. Large. Food was there in a minute. Chips and salsa, a bit hot, with meal. Five tables occupied at 7 pm Tuesday, making the place almost half full. Building might have been a Wendy's. Decor neat, clean, functional. Probably a... More

Stopped with friends before the Boston concert at the casino. Good food and fast service, not a lot of seating.

Good food, good service! Salsa and guacamole were great. Looks like a hole in the wall place, but worth the stop!

We wanted to eat Mexican food while on our 4 day baseball trip to Dodge City. Our bus driver mentioned Casa Alvarez was a good place. So, we took his advice, the food was great and reasonably priced. Alot of choices on the menu. Close to motels on Wyatt Earp Blvd. We'll be going back again!
