Came in with an open mind after reading several reviews. The decor is dated but the service was excellent. Food was good and way better than fast food. Had a couple of beers the table next to me had margaritas after seeing them that's what I should have ordered. The price of dinner was very reasonable I will be back... More

My husband & I eat here about once a month. Always the same friendly service & delicious food!! Our favorite Mexican restaurant in northwest KS.

Love going to this restaurant with my husband and kids, They get the food out quick and it is always steaming hot. I would suggest ordering some soft chips and cheese dip .

Stopped by to grab some food while passing through Kansas. Thought this place would be good based on the 4 rating. Boy was I wrong. Chips and salsa were tasteless to start, the steak in the Steak quesadilla was dry and flavorless. The guacamole was the only thing that made it edible but even that was mediocre. There a ton... Food was pretty poor. The salsa tasted like Pace brand, the refried beans were a slurry from a can and the queso tasted of Velveeta. The quantity would be more redeeming if I had the stomach to finish even the first enchilada but I was pretty turned off by the whole affair.

Wonderful food. Don't let the direct connection to a hotel lobby fool you. Worth a stop in Colby for their daily specials or traditional menu favorites.

Good food, generous portions. Margaritas tasted like a mix without much alcohol. Close to interstate. I would recommend if you like Mexican food and want to make a quick stop.

I really enjoyed their enchiladas, rice and beans. You could really taste the flavor in each item. Margaritas were just so-so. Too much margarita mix and not enough tequila. Salsa tastes like ketchup.

Hotel and restaurant decor were outdated. Order a frozen strawberry margarita and you will not care. Food was really good and portions were plentiful. Pleasantly surprised by the prices of everything and check was small considering the amount of food and beverages that were ordered. Skip the nearby Taco Johns and go to this place.

Yes it is inside a Quality Inn but all four of us we very pleasantly surprised. Basic decor and a little dated but service was very good. Food is about as close to true Mexican flavors as can be found outside of Mexico. Large potions for a reasonable price. The only complaint was the Carne asada was slightly overcooked.
