Just popped in from the canal. Quite a walk but well worth it for this delightful, country pub. Very traditional and very welcoming. Our dog too! A good range of beers, inc. this year's champion, Goats Milk from the Church End Brewery. Heaven for us....More

We'd seen the sign on the road and decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. A warm welcome, the right number of people for the size of room and really nice steaks Well definitely be back.

We think this is the best pub garden for miles. good choice of beer and generaly its well kept. I do find the pub cold in winter, been three times in the last month, no fire or heating Why ?. cos the landlord is tight.More
