Dsm doesn't have a ton of bakeries...but this one makes up for it. They offer great pastries..and sandwiches. It's busy..so prepare yourself for that... But it is delicious. Make a stop!!!

La Mie bakery is a neat little place in Des Moines with excellent baked goods. Be prepared to wait in line for a while, but it'll be worth it.
