We were looking for a place that was close to our hotel for lunch I looked on TripAdvisor to see what open for lunch and industrial revolution was one. My friend and I went in and we were blown away with how good the food was. So much history in that restaurant. I thought it was cool that they had... More

This place rocks! Salmon and vegetables was awesome! Bread pudding was amazing! Must go!! Bar area is very neat. Friendly staff and great ambiance. There's a train that runs around the restaurant up near the ceiling. Kid and family friendly. Will definitely go back!

Was in town needed lunch, asked for a recommendation, was told to go here. Unique decor - train runs overhead every 20 minutes complete with whistle!! The special sounded good but the perch on the menu sounded better - don't get perch too often, I was happily satisfied with my choice the slaw was very good and the potato wedges... More

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at this venue with family on the Saturday before Easter. Place was crowded but we had reservations for 8 and were seated promptly. Menu is varied with appetizers (Try the pretzel rolls, yum), salads, soups, lots of burgers and special entrees. Kids menu is available along with a coloring page to keep them busy. Our server,... I saw that this place was #3 in Valpo. 1 & 2 are closed on Monday. I've been to Stacks and I loved it. I was hoping for great service, a nice atmosphere and good food. 2 of 3 not bad... Food should be better. I ordered a specialty burger. Pot roast was dry. Not enough Horseradish sauce. My waitress... More

First time for me at this restaurant, I ordered just a plane American Burger. WOW, it was great! I loved the special seasoning they use, and you get sweet potato fries or potato wedges. Will be back to try more.

The restaurant sits right off the freeway. The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing. I sat outside and enjoyed the cool weather. The staff was a little slow with the food. The burger was delicious. They have put a lot of work into the building and have done their history research.
