This was my husband's first time at the restaurant & my 2nd. The food is delicious & the server was great. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the sweet potato casserole. We truly enjoyed ourselves & had a great time.

This place should be embarrassed calling itself a bbq restaurant The place looks nice, the food on the other hand needs some serious help. I have had good bbq, most of which I make at home, and have ate at a few restaurants. But this...More

Firehouse is nicely situated in Richmond's Downtown Historic District. How appropriate that it is literally a repurposed fire station (Richmond's oldest firehouse) converted to a nice, unique BBQ restaurant. Diners can still get the "old" vibe of what one happened in this historic building. In...More

The food is always good. The portion size is good. Parking is a pain. The staff are friendly. It's small inside, but lots of character. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I met a friend for lunch and the service was prompt and the food arrived quickly (an important thing for a lunch date). The BBQ was spot on and the waitress friendly. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

This is truly one of my favorite restaurants to eat at in town. I mentioned the schrooms, but all of their food is excellent. Pulled pork, brisket, chicken, etc... They also have great coleslaw! This is a family restaurant, but they have awesome live music...More

The Firehouse BBQ and Blues is Richmond Indiana's oldest firehouse. Owned and operated by two Richmond Firefighters, it is Indiana's premier BBQ restaurant. We specialize in southern style smoked pork, chicken, and brisket, and serve it up in a comfortable, nostalgic atmosphere. Live Blues music can be enjoyed every Friday and Saturday night. We also specialize in catering. You can plan your event to take place in our banquet room, or we can cater your event at your location.
