High-quality pub food here; well worth a stop and the short detour off I-80 if transiting the area. And the beer, WOW!

Second time stopping here and always blown away by the beers they make. I am not the best judge of their food as my first trip I found their Mac and cheese with brisket bits and never found a reason to try anything else. My only advice is to make sure to check out the guest beers as both times... More

Don't even bother showing up when their doors open. To get a seat when they open, you need to be there two hours in advance. Food is great! That's just it though, I think it's BS that they limit the usage of their space and can only accommodate 75% capacity as to "Not take away from the quality of the... More

Very popular premium beer pub (located next to their brewery) in the area, about an hour drive (without traffic: highly unlikely) from ORD. Foods are also very nice with great ambient. If you have to wait for a table, need to wait outside: be ready especially in the cold winter season.

This is not everyone's cup of tea but then they do only make beer here. A lot of beer. A lot of cool beer. The food was good enough pairing. The seats were hard. The tables cold stainless. I hear we were lucky to get a seat as usually a line outside. Motörhead were loudly blasting the stereo in full... More

Three Floyds began an astonishing 20 years years. What's more; their beer is quite possibly some of the best around. While the restaurant boasts a lot of hipster, bandwagon patrons, there are also folks who make this a regular spot or a Saturday excursion. All their beers are $5/mug. The food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. The waitstaff was... More

Great food and great beer selection that changes daily based on what they are brewing. A must dining experience if in the area.

This is the second time I have eaten at three floyds. The food was again very good. However, the loud heavy metal music was so distracting that we couldn't even have a converstaion. If heavy metal is the feel of the place, cool. Just don't have it so loud at 6pm that no one can talk! We tried both of... More

In the never ending quest to visit any and all breweries everywhere, this was probably the most unique brewpub we have been to. The beer was awesome and music was loud...my husband was in heaven. The sales booth to grab a 12 pack as you are leaving is genius.
