Don't eat here. Go to the one in Cincinnati. Friendlier and much more diverse. The servers are rude and slow and take their time serving certain people. If I could give them a rating below one I would.

The food was mediocre. The cleanliness was lacking. Service was good. We were camping nearby and wanted to watch the NFL games. Multiple TVs were a plus. We wouldn’t revisit, unless we wanted to watch sports.

Makayla was our server and was really quick to walk off on us tonight. She would drop off a drink and not ask if we needed anything, leaving us to wait if we did need something. My salad arrived long before the other entrées for...the people at my table. We never saw her again after she dropped the other entrees and when we were done, I had to go and find her to give her our players card and ask for a box. After she had run the card, she came back dropped the paperwork on the table and said “you’re responsible for the alcohol” and walked off again. I understand servers getting overwhelmed but she was nonexistent for us tonight. I stopped to mention it to someone on the way out and was met with a super nonchalant response about it. No apology or implication of any sense of remorse from anyone I spoke to. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone headed there of what kind of experience you could encounter.More

If I could give this disharmony of a restaurant a rating of -1,000,000,000,000,000,000∞ (negative one quintillion infinity), I would proceed because that's what it deserves. First off, I couldn't begin to tell you just how appalled I was almost immediately after walking in. Although the...table I was seated at was satisfactory, the service I got was a different story. I got a table server who seemed very nice. I placed my order, waited patiently, and then I got word they lost my ticket. Then, that obnoxious character of a "waitress" I got had to be sarcastic about it, and did not offer any kind of apology. I was bored, so I went to take a look at some of the sports memorabilia they had hung on the walls. Then, that same pompous individual, got an attitude with me, and accused me of bothering the customers and there were zero seated over me. As a result, I stormed out. I hope Stadium in Florence shuts down. Being stressed out is no excuse for such behavior. Also, they need to tell the other workers to cover their offensive tattoos. A visit to Belterra in Florence, IN is a must, but avoid all the restaurants in this casino, especially this one, like the plague. You are much better off eating fast food. They treat their customers better and don't discriminate entirely for wanting to dine alone. They complain about not receiving tips, but bad service and getting an attitude with the customers is a way to end up empty handed. I am NEVER walking in here again.More

Food was excellent, service was terrific. Had to wait a good 20-30 min for a seat so we opted for seats at the bar which worked out great. Pulled pork for one, Reuben for the other, then back to play Let it Ride!

My husband and I stayed at the Belterra early Feb. 21 before Valentines rush. After we had played all the slots we wanted, we were hungry and found the cute sports bar on our way back to our room. Seating was spaced wide and I...felt very safe. We split the huge Caesar Salad, I mean huge and so yummy. And we also got an order of chicken Quesadilla, which had lots of different veggies on it too-yum! I loved my Pina Colada, which is what I normally get while I do slots, but since there is no drinking at slots right now, I had to wait. Overall, very impressed how clean and fun it was, in addition to filled our bellies with good and fairly healthy food. The prices I was amazed at for the quality of food. 5.75 for a huge Caesar and only 5.00 for a pina colada?? wow.More

After an evening of gambling we were looking for a place eat. Only two places were open. The Stadium Sports Bar and Grill turned out to be an excellent spot. I ordered a large beer and it was so big that it could have came...with a diving board. It was icy cold. We had a nachos appetizer that was delicious and filling. For our main meal, my wife had a burger and salad and I had a rack of ribs with two nice sides. My ribs were huge and meaty and were fall off the bone good. Our server was perfect. I'm looking forward to a return visit.More

Great service and food. Very clean and friendly staff. Pretzel appetizer is da bomb. However, I was shocked to see I was charged $10 for a draft tall Yuengling when I received my tab. I've never seen anything like that outside of a pro sports...stadium. I expect to spend money at a resort but that's Greenbrier pricing.More
