We had high expectations from previous reviews and they were fully met! We entrusted ourselves to the very kind chef with his tasting menu who delighted us with combinations of refined and truly tasty flavours. Careful and pleasant presentation of the dishes, correct service times. The wine suggested as an accompaniment was also spot on. The entrance to the house already makes you understand what awaits you... It's not far from a starred restaurant in my opinion. I add the soft atmosphere, well furnished and with pleasant background music. First time at Masa Chalet to celebrate a special event. Well-kept location in mountain style but modern. Spacious room, clean and well organised. Each table has its own privacy. I met Manuele and Samanta as soon as their challenge on the Presolana with the Masa Chalet began. I immediately liked them for their human qualities which can then be found in the welcome and the dishes. Over time I have seen the commitment and dedication both to make the restaurant more beautiful and welcoming and to the creation of dishes to offer unique sensory experiences. They have found an evolutionary path based on local traditions and studying assiduously to transform and innovate. Stumbled upon it by chance after a walk. We will be back! Super helpful staff, possibility to choose whether to eat inside or at the tables outside. Pet friendly.....no problem welcoming our big dog inside too and I assure you there were quite a few people inside! Super food......the appetizer delicious and genuine, the beetroot gnocchi super good on the palate and the plating beautiful......the mushroom foiade was super. Sweet conclusion accompanied by an excellent passito wine! Very kind and super fast service! We will be back to try the other dishes on the menu! Thank you very much for a pleasant Sunday!
