This was a second option…

We were trying to dine at the neighboring Bubba’s 33 on a Sunday morning but when we arrived we found appx 75 people in line. We divided to go to the neighboring Red Robin instead. We were quickly seated and our server was prompt to take our drink orders. Our food came out quickly and each of our five family members enjoyed their burgers. Getting a, “refill” on the advertised French fries proved to be a strange challenge as everything else went really well. Our server was great until we paid, and then she never came back to check on us again. I suggest you not use the table side machine for payment until you are truly ready to leave. Would have been nice to have one final drink refill as we finished up our conversations. Still an overall positive last minute dining experience.

Good food, dirty restaurant....

Dined here on a Saturday evening. With Covid 19 restrictions we understood the limited seating and extended period of time to be seated. Our food was good and our server was timely but the areas around our table were very dirty. We requested the table to be wiped better before sitting down. The floor below the table showed signs of a toddler or two sitting at the table before we arrived. A few more moments to make a guests experience both cleaner and enjoyable would be expected, especially give the fact that with Covid 19 cleaning procedures being in place at most other local restaurants.

Dinner with the family…

Dined here on a Tuesday evening. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks filled. My three family members really enjoyed their burgers, but my chicken tenders were just ok. I wouldn’t order them again here in the future. The, “bottomless” fries option was nice as two of us enjoyed a second helping. Our server truly made this particular visit a good one.

Order Errors and Poor Customer Service

We visited this Restaurant on our way home from a weekend vacation. We ordered our food and both orders were delivered with the wrong sides. We mentioned this to the person leaving the food and she looked at us and stated " Oh well, they are free" and left. We could not find our server and actually thought the person would notify our server of the mistakes. No this part of customer service and ability to correct the error was missing in her training. The overall attitude presented and lack of follow up left us wondering whether Red Robin, was our type of establishment. Our server did show up (about half way through our meal) and asked if everything was ok. We indicate both sides were wrong. She offered to make the corrections, but we indicated we were just about done, and please update our bill for the correct charges. She did readily and apologized. I just wish she would have been notified of the error or checked on us earlier. On the positive side the hamburgers were good, but not great. One would need to consider the cost, the service and whether the value was good. Based on our experience the value was not good. Giving this experience and a recent one a few months ago at a different Red Robin, we wonder where this chain is going with respect to training, food value and overall customer service.

Service is the downfall here

Good burgers with extensive choices but the "bottomless" idea for fries doesn't work if your waitress puts the food down and literally never comes back. Very small portion of fries at first and then no way to get more. Electronic checkout gimmick assures you never see her again. Get what you want before they leave your table since they will never come back

Good Burgers, quality service

This location has been our go to lately while visiting. The staff are taking cleaning and distancing as they should. The wait has never been very long during these tough times. The host seats you, a wait stafd member puts your order into the computer and. Hecks on you, but your food and drinks are delivered by a food runner. This seems to speed some responsiveness as the wait staff is not running to refill drinks and grab food from the kitchen. Good quality meals in a family friendly environment.

Outrageous Prices. Bad service

The prices here are outrageous for a burger and fries. Since the pandemic, they’ve cut the serving staff so much, the service is terrible. If you want to pay a fortune for burgers and fries, go to Bru Burger. At least their food is good.

Lunch on a roadtrip. Great food and service.

Stopped in for lunch at about 1:30pm on a Monday. Very short wait to be seated. Our waitress and her trainee Michaela (first day) were both attentive and friendly. Our burger, chicken fingers and fries along with our shakes were delicious. Two thumbs up! Yummmm...

This spot is very slow. The food was pretty bad and the wait was horrible. I don't recommend this place for large groups of people.

Literally smelt like sewage

We walked in and it smelt like sewage. Then a waitress walked by and we heard her tell another waitress they were having sewage problems. We should have left. I’ll forever be sorry to my wife and kids for taking them to red Robbin.

Overpriced. Better, cheaper places to go.

This is just a burger and fries place. The food it okay, but not much better than anywhere else. It’s it decent food, but nowhere close to what you pay for it.
