Small little cafe with friendly staff and wonderful food. I always have a cafe drink and sandwich. Love the quick service and quiet atmosphere.

I had breakfast here. For around $8 I had a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy with two fried eggs on top. The gravy was very hot and had a great flavor, the biscuits were flaky, and there was plenty of sausage in the gravy. The eggs just made it all that much better. Coffee was free flowing and the... We stumbled on this restaurant while driving from Galena to Springfield area. So much better than a chain restaurant. SO glad we stopped in. We had a salad with chicken, mandarin oranges, blue cheese (a bit too much of that), walnuts. Also fish sandwich. Both were very good and the salad was HUGE. I've got 3 meals out of it... More

I stayed in Savanna for two weeks. I ate at Crumbles a few times. I really like Poopies better but this is a nice change.

Excellent little café... nice variety; hamburgers, Monte Cristo sandwich, soups, specialty salads and waffles, breakfast (any time). Counter were you can pick up a doughnut and coffee to go; frappe's. Friendly staff.

Give it a try you will not be disappointed! Super good breakfast at a fair price. Located on the main street in downtown Savanna Illinois.

The only thing I don't like about this cafe is the name. The breakfast was top-notch, we had a breakfast special with polish sausage, hashbrowns, eggs and toast. The bread was homemade or local or something and really good. The service was fantastic and the woman who took care of us--four smelly dudes in bike clothes who had camped the... More

The staff could not have been nicer. I had a burger with asiago cheese on a pretzel bun - seriously to die for! My date had steak and eggs - when he asked for steak sauce our waitress said to trust her, he would not need it - and she was right!

I've now been to Crumbles for lunch on several occasions. I know I will be back again. Their homemade soups are fabulous. Today I tried their creamy potato leek; the only thing better is their tomato bisque. Their wraps are giant, tasty and satisfying. The wrap is toasted and nicely crunchy. The service is very good and friendly. I would... More

The food is wonderful and the service is as good as its food. It's just to bad they close for 2 months after Christmas.
