Homestead is no longer it's gone. It's a shame it was a stable of Kankakee for many many years. Sure do miss the place. Linsky ran a great Resturant with good food and friendly service.

the restaurant has been around for over 100 years. Great food, especially their roasted chicken and the brick chicken is excellent when offered. Great steaks and prime rib. Definitely a family favorite for years.
