We pre-ordered dinner to be picked up by us personally at 18:00.(6PM) Upon arrival to Prime Time, the foyer was packed with people, no social distancing happening here or the bar area. Every table was being utilized. Even though there was plastic glass between them,...again no social distancing. Should have an empty table between patrons for safety. Besides having to deal with the mass of humanity, my food was ready as scheduled. That was the only positive of the experience. I paid and left. When I got home, my wife noticed they did not give the soup or bread. We live close, so a 5 minute drive back was not too bad. I get there, they apologized, and tell me they will get it right away. About 5 minutes pass and they bring me the soup and bread and I head back home. We finally sit down and soup is the first course with the bread. It is cool inside their styrofoam container. So we say the heck with it, warm it up in the microwave and try and continue. Now to the main courses. I had chicken marsala and my wife had chicken alfredo. Relatively two standard menu items that we have had before from here. The food was terrible. The chicken was rubbery on the marsala and the alfredo was more like straight butter. You could see the butter mixed with the alfredo sauce because it separated It was also lukewarm at best because of the ordering issue. I called Prime Time back and explained everything and the person remembered who I was and told me to dispose of the original order. They offered me to come back again, and they would replace the food. I agreed and went there. Upon arrival, they told me I would have to pay again, another $37.97 this included tax. I reminded them of the problems we had and was politely told that they don't care and if I didn't like it leave. That they have enough business and don't need problem customer's like me. I have been going here for years. I have gone to their father's/brothers restaurant Les Brothers for years, never been treated like this. The ownership should be embarrassed. So in a nutshell, we had reheated soup and bread for about 40 bucks. Terrible dinner experience. Regrettable that I have to write this as we enjoyed dining in here pre Covid.More

Patrons be aware and check your bill very very carefully if you charge your tab on a credit card they jack it up 3%!! That’s ludicrous

Not the best restaurant. Decent service, but the food was horrible! While the portions were gigantic, the food tasted horrible. I got the steak tacos, and while the steak was pretty solid, the rest of it was horrible. The salad tasted like rubber and had...probably been in the fridge for a day.More

Visited the Prime Time Restaurant in Hickory Hills, IL with my spouse for dinner last night. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken with Pasta. The entree was delicious and plentiful. I shared the entree with my spouse and still had leftovers for the next day. If...your looking for a place that serves delicious food and plenty of it, you’ll want to stop there. Prices were very reasonable and the service was great!More

Heard about the lunch specials at Prime Time. All pizza's are half off on Wednesday's plus appetizers are discounted as well. Check their website for other weekly specials. I know they have a burger special on Monday nights as well-just not positive on the price....Always have good service and the restaurant is always clean. They have an outdoor patio as well and a full bar inside.More

I took my 16 and 18 year old at 9pm on a Friday night. I wish I didn't because it was more of a bar than a restaurant. My waitress was not trained at all. We asked three menu questions, she knew none of them....We ordered the chicken shish kababs, chicken and rice and the burger along with a potato skins app. 40 minutes later we received our app, the burger and shish kabobs. So I had no meal and I said to the waitress that the app should be comped at the very least. She said she couldn't authorize and went to get the manager. The manager came and had no idea what the problem was I had to reiterate the evening. He immediately comped the app but just felt a little bit too late. It's unfortunate that the service was so poor because the food was very good. Lastly, the host had about 10 friends drinking around the host booth all night. He was barely attentive to the dining hall (just reactive and putting out flames), the manager just hung at the bar. So if you want a bar atmosphere.More

This time of year, it's important that the inside of the restaurant is an oasis from the sweltering Chicagoland heat. The ceilings are high, and the air blowing out is cool, but not directly hitting your body to freeze you out. The food was tasty,...and the selection was wide but not overpowering. My friend had the grilled chicken sandwich, and there were a number of special topping that she could add, that made her happy. I tried the orange chicken, and it didn't quite make my top favorite version, which is Cheesecake Factory's, because the breading was a bit thick, and a tad too dry. The French onion soup was a clearly rated 10, and full of great tasting onions and gooey cheese. The service was perfect, as my friend and I sat for hours, talking, and they kept our Cokes full at all times. We had a server in training, but along with her trainer, you would never know that she was a newbie. They were both a delight, and had charming European accents. The best compliment was my friend's, when she said as we were leaving, " I think we found our new lunch spot."More

We were a party of three; ordered 12” cheese pizza which was below standard, a Cobb salad with plenty of chicken and a regular prime rib that was excellent. Having grown up as the daughter of a restaurant owner and cook, I learned that the...restrooms reflect the standing and cleanliness of the kitchen. Well, their lady’s restroom was as dirty (blood smeared on the toilet seat: locks falling apart, one toilet unusable) and dysfunctional as it gets. Surprisingly, Egypt can be proud of their spotless restrooms (in restaurants, hotels and museums). I wonder what their kitchen looks like?More

The food selection on the menu makes it hard to pick something at Prime Time. Truly, there is something for everyone here, and if you can't decide, go with a staple - because they are on the menu as well. Four of us dined here...after work one evening. The waitress came back to our table 6 times with questions she had about our order. We ordered nothing different from the menu. It was a little annoying. We asked for sweetener for tea, and it took 4 of her trips, and asking again to get it.More

The Monday lunch special is a 1/2 lb. steak burger for $4.99. It comes with salad, bread and fries. You can substitute fries for veggies if you choose for $1.00. The cream of potato corn chowder soup was very good and it was served with...warm bread and butter. The burger was yummy. The service was just okay. Our waitress wasn't extremely attentive but we will return. The restaurant is always clean and they have daily specials.More

Food is excellent. Service is questionable. Some of the staff is more interested in socializing than taking care of customers. The last two times service was poor. The couple of times before that service was excellent. We will give them one more try but 3...strikes and you are out.More

Pretty good all in all. 1/2 price appetizers on wednesdays. Lots of comfort food. I had 3 fish tacos for 895 and it came with soup and home made chips. It was really good. The fish was tasty and the lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese...were all super fresh. We had nachos and chicken for the appetizer and it was very good and plentiful. The rest of us had various salads and they were all well prepared, good tasting, and filling. As a sports bar, it's a bar. It's a bit noisy but young people will like that. Lots of tvs all over and gambling machines are there too. What we ordered was fairly priced but I did think many of the items were a bit overpriced..... steak sandwiches are over 20$ ... but the average dinner prices is $17 which I think is s little high for a sports bar... But there are affordable things here too so I would say it's s go Tisza fun place to goMore
