Joe's Crabshack has good food and drinks! Just save some money because it can get expensive. They have great steam pots. And last but not least, their desserts are to die for. Especially the crabby apple crumble.

They have it all and in the midwest, great food and fun staff keep evertyhing light and enjoyable. Great menu and fresh food the perfect combination.
Service was friendly but the food was just ok. Shrimp very over cooked in my dinner. One dinner was horribly late. I would not go back.
Food at Joe's crab shack was unexpectedly good. The Dungeness crab, with shrimp seasoned with old Bay was delicious. The blackened Mahi Mahi was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I was not expecting the food to be any good but everything was great. Service was OK, waitress was tiered, could have been more attentive.
The service was slow, food was cold, fish was dry and the price was too high. We were disappointed in the menue selections. The corn came uncooked and the broccoli was over cooked and the Mahi was over cooked and so dry it was hard to swallow.
Joe's is just too expensive compared to other restaurant's. Although I love crab and shrimp, I can no longer afford their prices. I can get a much better meal at Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse or Timothy O'Toole's for less money. I went there for dinner while visiting my family. The service was great and the food was excellent! I would recommend this place for the atmosphere and food.
