Had lunch and enjoyed it very much. Good selection of sandwiches and soups. The portions are ample and prices are modest.

Walt and Annette McAllister have been satisfying diners at Q's Cafe for 12 years with their home-made soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts. It's a lunch-only business but it's the place to stop for lunch during a busy day of shopping and browsing and strolling and people-watching in Galesburg's historic Seminary Street shopping district. Located at 319 East Main Street, Q's... More

Eat here often for lunch. Awesome home cooked meals and Walt's homemade bread is fantastic Make sure you get a brownie to have for dessert later.

Q's is a true family operation. Chef Walt prepares everything fresh every day and his wife Annette (she's Q) is out front greeting and serving their customers. They don't do breakfast or supper but this is the place for lunch whether you're downtown or anywhere else in Galesburg.

Stopped in for lunch and the famous "inside out brownie" after tour of Knox College. Turkey sandwich, the bbc sandwich and Cuban bean and rice soup all wonderful. Annette was great help when our flights back to Denver were cancelled and we ended up rebooking on the Amtrak back to Denver. Comfortable welcoming place where we made all our arrangements... More

I love Q's! It''s a fun cafe to eat in on Main Street in Galesburg. Everything is homemade and you have to have their brownie desserts. This summer they featured a rhubarb cheesecake that was so delicious!!! If you need something special, they always try and work with you to meet you needs. Love going to Q's!

This is my go to place for delicious lunches. Every item on the menu is a culinarily masterpiece. The bread pudding is the best I have ever had, and the turkey sandwich on fresh made bread and cranberry mayonnaise is astonishing.

Q's is an unassuming little cafe, with limited hours and a pretty small menu. It's also one of the best places to grab lunch in town. The owners are incredibly sweet and will go out of their way to help you--Annette once improvised a meal for me because I don't eat meat. This is really such an amazing restaurant. Big... More
