Very sorry to report Easter was the last day. The place is being renovated and will maybe be Vietnamese soon. Sorry to see the bistro closed. I loved the atmosphere and the steak frites. Adieu!

Great waiter, great host. Very nice, cozy French brasserie. Wonderful ambiance. Food fell short, it was just kind of "meh," with the exception of the escargot appetizer. We had gnocchi (bland, mushy), and salmon (weirdly strong fishy taste). Wine was great. Might try this place...More

We've been going to Bistro Bordeaux for some years now and have found it about as authentic a French bistro as could be found in the midwest, from the ambience to the service to the food and wine. Our most recent visit, however, was well...More

Bistro Bourdeaux is a wonderful mix of comfortable and delicious. A varied and authentic menu, great service and a very welcoming dining room. A great place for a special dinner or a cozy weeknight meal on a cold night.

A couples wine group of 8 went to Bistro Bordeaux for our holiday dinner. We found the wine list interesting and reasonably priced. My husband and I had been there before but the other 6 hadn't been to the restaurant before. Everyone was impressed by...More

HI Barry, Thank you for your feedback, I will make sure to share with my team, one thing though, you mentioned not having enough by the glass choice, we offer at all times no less than 21 different white, red and sparkling wines, did you really think the choice was limited? thank you Pascal Berthoumieux Owner

So, It's a small place, and I think the wine selection is decent, not huge. There's pretty much something for nearly everyone. However, I agree with Barry (I went back to see his review) about the soup-- mine was a bit... More
