Timmerman's Supper Club was built and established in 1961 by Helen Timmerman. Helen's vision for fine dining resulted in a great reputation for superb food, cocktails and weekly entertainment. In 1985 the restaurant was purchased by David and Patti Thiltgen, who later sold it in 1998 to Juan and Sandy Rodriguez. During those years the two current owners; Mark Hayes and Gary Neuses started working at the Supper Club. Between the two of them they have over 50 years experience at Timmerman's Supper Club. Timmerman's is just great - The food, the service, and the view! It is one of our favorites of many in the Tri-State Area. I usually have the filet mignon - very good and very consistent, but also enjoy the Steak Dianne. When they have...More
Our family wished to view the sunset from the restaurant, and during the month of December, that meant we should arrive by 4:30. The restaurant opened at this time, and they were ready for our arrival. We had a party of nine, including two toddlers...More
Many choices. The steak is my favorite, but it's not consistent in how it's cooked. It's either under cooked or over cooked when ordering the same temperate. when it's right it's fantastic. Great cuts of meat! Great bartenders and I always enjoy the live music.
My husband and I live about an hour an a half from Timmermans, but we like to take a drive and enjoy a leasurely dinner there. The food is top notch and the service is great. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. We recommend...More
My wife and I have been dining here every time we visit the Galena/Dubuque area. They pour a great cocktail, the food is always great especially the steaks. Wonderful staff of servers, sharp and attentive.
I had the scallops. They were really good. Others in my party had different cuts of steak and they were very satisfied. The onion rings are a great appetizer. Service was really good. Atmosphere is like no other. I would highly recommend for a fine...More

A very reasonable price for a delicious meal. $20 for a vast array of traditional and non-traditional Thanksgiving choices is a great deal. Reasonable drink prices & a great view adds to the overall positive atmosphere.
