We stopped in for a bite to eat before a show at Marriott Theater and were delighted, to say they least. We were greeted by Ochoa himself, when we walked in the door around 5 pm on a Thursday evening. Though we ordered the marinated pork, he gave us a grilled beef taco to taste. it was all terrific. The restaurant was spotless, the staff friendly, service fast, and the guacamole was perhaps the best we've ever tasted. Oh MY! The restaurant has been open just 6 months and expansion is in the works. Warning: there is no alcohol served and you can't bring your own. Still, you can't beat the authentic Mexican food!

We generally use their carry-out service, and our order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious. Enchiladas are very good, and the rice is always the perfect texture. The red sauce is REALLY hot, so we prefer their milder green sauce. Nice people working there.

There are five outside tables....or bring your food home.
Every single thing we've tried has been excellent, but I'm especially impressed with two items.
Their street corn (elote) is the perfect balance of shaved corn on the cob, margarine, mayonnaise, queso fresco, lime and chili powder. At 12 oz., it's large enough to share.
The veggie burrito is probably the best I've ever had, and simply typing this makes me want to jump in the car and get one.
They are located in River Run Plaza on the west side of Milwaukee between Lake Cook and Deerfield Road. If you need to make a left turn when leaving, it's easier to go to the south end of the parking lot and turn at the light.

Ochoa's expanded their operation last month.
muchas felicidades!
The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. As usual, I ordered too much. sigh.
The wall menu lists one caramel churro for $2.50 and two caramel churros for $6.00. When I asked about this, I was told that the prices were correct. I guess I need to order them one at a time.

We catered food for a party. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD....homemade guacamole was fantastic. We had three different meats for a taco bar and everything, I mean everything was fantastic. Rice and beans, delish, homemade salsa's, wonderful. The owner could not have been any more accommodating. He included everything but the kitchen sink in our order. Please, go here for your Mexican food fix. There is seating in the restaurant as well as a very extensive catering menu.

Been getting food from here for a couple of years and everything is always fresh and delicious. We almost always get takeaway, but there is limited indoor and outdoor seating if you prefer to eat on site.
The problem with reviewing Ochoa's is that just thinking about their food makes me want to instantly teleport over there.

We takeout all the time. It is definitely one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The chile relleno tacos and carne asada tacos are the bomb! Tortas, nachos, sopas, guacamole & chips and chocolate flan are delicious! Good value and accommodating customer service is where it’s at here. Love the food here!

Decided to try this new Mexican restaurant with my son. So glad we did. We had 4 different kinds of tacos each was better than the next. The owner Hugo is super nice too. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes including the ribs.
This will be a regular in our household!
