We stopped in for lunch on our cross country road trip. The staff was friendly and the food came quickly. My favorite was the pork tamale.

Service is always good. Restaurant is very clean. Refried beans, rice, veggie fajitas are all very good. Portions are large. Tacos were tasty, but the crispy shell was a little soggy at the bottom.

I'm a vegetarian and can be very picky, but I love El Toro's vegetarian options. They have a great poblano pepper and I love their salsa and chips.
