I tried croissants, macaroons and chocolate cake. The bakery has the most delicious items, it is kind of pricey but it just cannot be cheap due to superb quality, excellent service and great atmosphere.

The macarons are the best, according to the hubs. The wedding cakes are famous... it's a great bakery.
The cakes are just at the edge of imagination..just incredible what they can do with a cake. Not cheap..but so well done...you get what you pay for. The girls behind the counter could not be nicer..or more helpful.....Great coffee both for consumption and for sale....More

One of the best bakeries in all of Chicagoland. Delicious coffee and espresso drinks, and baked goods - including sassy dump Trump cookies and feminist cookies - as a strong representation of the liberal views of the neighborhood.
It's not actually poor quality, but it's nothing at all special, memorable, or exciting. In a city full of So many delicious bakeries representing every culture and a melting pot of flavors, for the absurd prices Alliance charges, one would at least expect mind-blowing flavors...More
