It's definitely not one of the best steakhouses (the prices are as if). If you are in the area anyway and don't feel like dragging yourself anywhere, then yes, the food is good. And the service is very good. Not a wow though.

After reading the mixed reviews we decided to give it a try and were not dissapointed. The steak was cooked to perfection and wine was amazing. You did have to order your sides seperatly which made it a bit pricey. Great service with polite and efficent staff. Enjoyed my experience
I looked Shula,s up and it was highly recommended. Nice decor but a little dark inside. Not much atmosphere but I did go early 6pm. The staff were very efficient and helped with my choices. I found the lobster bisque very salty but the steak was excellent if a little pricy. I have had better for less $$. I felt... More
For a city that prides itself on great dining, Shulas is by far the biggest disappointment. Invited by some business colleagues I had high expectations of door stop sized steaks, great wine and the all American 'Whoop, whoop, go Shula' experience. What we actually had was a fairly bland night out with over cooked steaks at a price point that... More
Had a quick dinner here after a transatlantic flight. Menu had a great selection but the prices were quite expensive. Staff were able to accomodate my gluten free requests (which they weren't able to do in the other bar restaurant in the hotel). There are two very different seating areas: one with a bar and TVs and another further in... More
This is what a steakhouse is all about. I must admit I had misgivings about going to Don Shula's Steakhouse. Can Shula make it in a town owned by Mike Ditka? Shula was a great football coach but does he know anything about steaks and restaurants? Well, all joking aside, Shula's Steakhouse is the real deal. Located at 301 East... More
We have been to this restaurant several times over the years and we went for my husband's 50th birthday. I was very disappointed in my meal - the crab cake was fishy, so I sent it back. They replaced it with scallops. The original scallops on my order were great. The replacement set was very salty. They did offer to... More
Only one server for the bar The food was so salty I couldn't eat it--all of it salty, steak, spinach-and mushrooms No one care or asked how it was Took forever to get my bill Could use credit card because system was down Crazy awful 😦
8 oz filet was 46 dollars, and you had to add potatoes (I choose good truffle fries) at 11 dollars. Add one glass of wine (14) and dessert (19) and the total bill, tip included, was 105. The filet was tender and very good and service was excellent, so it is only the price that gives the low rating.
