We ordered Lou's delivery since we had a full day of walking museums and the city. Ordered deep dish pie, fettuccine, and their malnati's salad. Pizza was good but I found the crust a touch on the sweet side. The pasta was decent and my teenagers loved it. I ordered their salad expecting more of an anti pasta with salami,... More

Friendly service, and very good deep dish pizza. Staff served our group which was 2 tables efficiently. More than enough pizza to go around and leftovers for after.

I visited Lou Malnati's with my two best friends and we had never tried it before and we all agreed that Giordano's had a better tasting pie. All I could taste was the tomato paste in top and it did not provide good flavor. Our waitress was nice and she provided us with good service.

If you want a Chicago deep dish pizza during February and it is too cold outside this establishment will delivery your desire right to your hotel room. Their crust is perfect, not too thick or cakelike. The pie I ordered was pepperoni and cheese. The small was so big that I froze the leftovers and brought the rest back home... More

Went to Lou's last night primarily because we could walk there from the Hilton Chicago hotel. What a surprise!!! The pie was out of this world, the service friendly and prompt and the atmosphere warm (on a very cold night!). If your in the Windy City---go out of your way to find one of Lou's restaurants. You will not be... More

Yum! Those three letters cover it. Yum. Great pizza. Crust had a yeasty beer-like flavor and was crisp on the very bottom. Pizza perfection in my opinion. If you don't like yeasty bread, you probably won't enjoy their thick crust pizza. They were good to tell us that a deep dish pizza took about 30 minutes to cook. I promise,... More

We ate here after having it recommended to us by the hotel doorman. The atmosphere was nice. Pizza was fresh and salad was outstanding. We had he Chicago classic pizza. We couldn't finish it.

2nd time to this restaurant over a couple of years when visiting Chicago. It is over priced and food is not good. Bright lights & loud, and have to wait to be seated quite a while. We will never go back. The pizza crust is terrible. The pasta sauce is terrible. Just NOT good at all.
