Fogo de Cho by far my favorite steakhouse in Chicago. Its always pretty busy for a reason all the many meats they are piling on and the salad bar is awsome. I would highly recomend Fogo

We have been to numerous locations of Fogo de Chao, and we have always loved it. We were in Chicago last weekend and took some relatives of ours who had never been to one. Needless to say, they will probably never go back. First of all, they sat our party of 7 next to a huge table that was so... More
We came here for dinner with our family on Friday. It's such a big restaurant that there are always free tables. We made a reservation online 2 hours before, which was sufficient. Having done churrascaria before, we know that they always offer you the cheaper meats and cuts first, and you're supposed to wait for the expensive ones. That's fine,... More
Fogo downtown was a delightful dinner. Salad bar is second to none as far as quality and the number of choices it offered. Our waiter was very informative and got us started, but never saw him after that. The gents with the meat were fantastic, and after a few stops, they remembered the degree of doneness that everyone liked at... More
Having lived in Brazil for nearly five years, I know something about a churrascaria. I was thrilled to find out that the food quality & selection, the ambience and the service here was authentic and on par with the top of the line restaurants in Sao Paulo. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive from start to finish. The meat... More
I have to say, this is the best steakhouse and one of my favorite overall restaurants in Chicago. My wife and I started at the bar and enjoyed a couple fantastic Caipirinhas, (as good as in Brazil). We went to the table and made our way to the impressive salad bar, my wife's favorite part. The meat service was as... More
The past couple of times eating here at lunch have been fine. Just not what we are used to at THIS Fogo. The meat isn't ready until about 11:30am or so. The meat doesn't get back to the fire as often as it used to. We seem to have to ask for things most of the time. Still a good... More
I am a business traveler on the road 200+ days a year in the states. Fogo de Chao in downtown Chicago was hands down the best dining experience Ive ever had amongst all of their locations. The food was great but more importantly the CS and management was superior to all the rest. The GM (Carlos) passed our table checking... More
How does the lunch experience differ from the dinner experience? I know there is a price difference, but what is different otherwise?
