Yoke has something for everyone. It has a full coffee bar and large menu with something for everyone. The wait can be long but you can use the "Nowait" app to reserve your place in line in advance. The portions are huge and it's easy to eat healthy or to indulge. They bring a bottle of water to the table... More

The service was great in that I was greeted by a gaggle of servers upon entering, ushering me to a table immediately. The menu is expansive, but the food is offered in (almost) ridiculous portion sizes. So if you need food for four on your plate, this place works. Tasty breakfast for sure.. and lots of it.

Went for brunch. Waited 20 mins for a table. When we were seated it was dirty. Looking around there was a lot of mess on the floor. It's a busy place and very noisy. Plenty of choice on the menu. Coffee arrived. Weak and tasteless. Our breakfast food was equally bland. We both ordered an omelette with the weirdest looking... More

The menu have so many options that you will have a hard time to decide one thing. The best Croquet Madame ever..the coffee was not the best.

Every time my wife and I visit Chicago, we always eat here. I am a big breakfast person so I make sure that I try at least one breakfast restaurant everywhere I travel to, and Yolk is by far one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this place if you visit Chicago.

Have come here several times for breakfast... from pancakes, to eggs to wraps.. this place says YUM no matter what! Will definitely come here over and over again. If you think about going, just note that the wait times can be long - especially on weekends!

We had a late breakfast here last week. The coffee was DELICIOUS, and they have a walk-up coffee bar for those just wanting to stop in for that. My Benedict Caprese was overall good, with some needed improvements: the English muffin wasn't toasted and became really mushy under the pesto and tomato. The poached egg was *barely* cooked at all,... More

Great breakfast and lunch visit. Had Kale & Steak salad - hearty and good - great presentation as well. Daughter had waffles with chocolate chips. Wonderful service from Daniel - very attentive and handled our customizations perfectly. Ambiance of place nice. Lots of healthy clean options for me! Decadent options for daughter. Not cheap but did not view as out... More

3.8 stars. Corned beef hash was really good, so was the recommended cinnamon roll french toast which was a yummy icing sugar, buttery goodness. But the pancakes were crumbly and really quite unbecoming for a place that serves breakfast. I would say the same for the coffee but I think that's quite run of the mill for most American breakfast... More

I love Yolk restaurants! I have visited several in Chicago and this ranks as one of my favorites! My friends had never been to a Yolk restaurant and they loved the food. Our awesome waiter, (shout out to Leo) delivered our delicious fresh, hot, food quickly to our table. Love the atmosphere and energy! Will always return to this Yolk... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
