The whole experience at the Grove is one of attention to detail, and one of the best culinary experiences in the principality. The service is friendly and focused. The menu offers choices for all tastes. The food is well presented, nicely served and always tasty. Drinks offer a wide choice. Not the cheapest place to eat, but well worth the... More

Superb service and food in a beautiful setting. The fire was on, the nibbles were moorish and the pre-dinner drinks were perfect! The food was first class and I have no hesitation in returning there! Lunch or Afternoon Tea would no doubt be lovely too!! It's a must!!

We had never visited The Grove before but had heard good things about the hotel and restaurant. We used a Travelzoo voucher to have the 5 course taster menu, excellent value for money. My first impression was of an immaculate, understated and classy hotel. Beautiful decor and luxurious furnishings in all reception rooms. Made a pleasant change to be somewhere... More

On a recent visit my wife and I chose to try the 3 course lunch menu which consisted of 4 choices per course. The food, presentation and service were of Michelin star quality. During the service the waitress enquired if our visit was for a special occasion with my wife mentioning that it was our wedding anniversary When the dessert... More

We purchased Travel Zoo vouchers for a 5 course taster menu, this followed visits to sister restaurants, Coast in Saundersfoot and The Beach at Oxwich. The Grove is a country house set in well maintained grounds near Narbeth. The day we visited for lunch the restaurant was quiet but all tables were laid and candles lit creating a feeling of... Gorgeous, warm and welcoming environment. We sat in the library for drinks and then went through to the restaurant. The food was delicious, every course was carefully thought through. We all enjoyed every mouthful. We finished with coffee and petit fours. So worth the extra for the petit fours! Delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed and staff were particularly attentive, organised,... More

This is a wonderful hotel, perfect for a quiet break. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The public rooms are beautifully furnished and there are real fires for that period feel. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. Turning to the restaurant, it is first class! The are tasting menus and an a la carte menu. Everything is beautifully... More

The Grove is a country house hotel on the outskirts of Narbeth. It has a very comfortable"clubby" feel to the bar and lounge area, whilst the restaurant overlooks the well laid out gardens. The welcome at reception was warm, and throughout our meal all the staff were attentive and helpful. There is an a la carte menu or you can... More

We recently had lunch here, maybe our 5th or 6th visit to this wonderfully quiet, calm, elegant hotel in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside. The food is always exquisite and beautifully presented. The staff are charming, professional and discreet yet friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
