Capri Warning! Warning! Warning! I was at Fitzgerald's the other night, and decided to go to Capri for dinner, and sit outside. There was a little bit of drizzle, not enough to need an umbrella. I went into Capri to see if I could get...on the list for an outside table. Let's back up though, while there were no other customers inside, none of the employees were social distancing, some had the masks below their noses, and some had no mask at all, such as the bartender, but none were actually wearing a mask correctly. They all seemed baffled about the concept of a list for the next table. They took my name, and then told me how no one would be leaving, because of the music at Fitzgerald's, the music was over 5 or 10 minutes later. The employees seemed incapable of thinking, understanding a pandemic, the importance of safety. Incapable of interacting professionally with potential customers. Do not eat here. They should all be arrested for breaking the law. We went that night to New Rebozo and the next to Cucina Paradidso, and both did an incredible job of making us feel welcome, wanted, safe, and did incredible job of pandemic safety! Food was excellent. No need to go to Capri ever again!More

This was our third visit. We would visit more often, but we live 105 miles away. The food here is excellent. Noodles are made on premises. The sauces...vodka, marina, meat sauce, etc. are so delicious. And dessert is not to be missed... bananas Foster at...the table can't be beat. Yes, we will be back, again and again.More

We went for dinner and the restaurant was packed. Our server was super friendly and didn't seem to be harried at all and she was very busy. My husband and I split a pasta entree, had soup and salad and we were stuffed. The vodka...sauce is spot on and if you like to eat meat you can add in sausage crumbles. It's a cute atmosphere and they recently added on, doubling their size capacity. It would be nice to go and sit at the bar to have a drink and appetizer as well. There aren't a lot of quality Italian restaurants in Berwyn, so I'm glad that this one is thriving.More

We go to Capri about once a week, and everyone there is very friendly. They know us and seat us at our favorite table. They even remember our order! Highly recommend!

I called to place a catering order for the next day since I placed an on line order 2 days prior and never received a call back for confirmation. I was greated by “listen, honey you cant call last minute and expect anything” When I...informed this person I had placed the order on line 2 days earlier but never got a return call to confirm, he cut me off abruptly and told me to call back in an hour and he would see what he could do. He lost an $800.00 order as I found another restaurant in the area that was courteous and very willing to cater our meal. It is very disappointing since their in house service is great and their food is fantastic. This made me not want to ever deal with this facility againMore

Party of 13 including 4 kids & a teenager to celebrate Christmas Eve. We were the 2nd group seated. On their “Special Christmas Menu” one of the 3 appetizers & one of the 6 entrees were unavailable at the beginning of the evening. Curious since...the missing entree was a sausage dish but the appetizer sausage was available. The missing entree was replaced by a black ravioli stuffed with crab. Replace sausage with crab??? After 1 1/2 hours no entrees served at our table!!! In the meantime, boatloads of food going out the front door to fulfill a catering order. This is no way to run a restaurant!!!! We left without being served entrees never ever to return!!!!More

Had dinner with my wife, son and daughter-in-law there a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Service and food quality was top notch. The bread was particulary good. I had gnocchi stuffed with cheese in a sauce with sausage which I thoroughly...enjoyed. Our waiter was very attentive and made us feel more like guests in his home instead of restaurant patrons. There was a large family gathering that commenced while we were there and it appeared that the staff was handling that very well, also.More
