Good home cooked style food. Amazing pies of many flavors. Large portions. Family atmosphere, kind of lodge feel decor. Good location.

We've been going here for a few months now and have had excellent service and delicious food. If you go on your birthday you get a free meal plus coffee and pie and we did that in November and my husband had a great birthday breakfast free!
I always stop in here and order the half soup and sandwich combo, with a slice of pie for dessert! Their vegetable soup is superb, as is the chicken noodle. The sandwiches are home-made like mom used to make. Be sure to buy a pie to take home with you, you will be sad you didn't!
We come down each year with the entire family and one of the biggest arguments is "which pies to get" Typically we get 6 pies for seven days and that seems to be not enough !

Nobody was really very friendly, and it took a long time for someone to take our orders, for the food to come, for the check to come, etc. I had fish... More
We stopped here on our way through Sandpoint and were blown away. The food was exceptional, the pies outstanding, and the service and cleanliness excellent.
