This is a coffee shop that serves the best giant cinnamon rolls... or caramel nut rolls, whichever you prefer. you won't have room for the cinnamon roll and a breakfast so plan to order a light breakfast or take part of the roll home with you. Servers are friendly and prompt on coffee refills.

Lots of fattening items. Men especially like this place for the big heavy portions. Been featured on Diners, Drive ins and Dives. Servers are nice and friendly but are kind of "Like what we have or not-your choice" attitude. And they are always busy so a lot must like what they serve.

We went on memorial day. It was so busy, but they were keeping up nicely. No one seemed stressed or overwhelemed. The wait staff were clean and well groomed. Everyone was kind. The breakfast was soooo good and so much of it. All three of my kids loved their food. It was a great experience. So glad we choose it... More

I love a good "Local Diner" for breakfast and was excited to try out Jimmy's on a recent trip to Couer d'Alene. Things started out great, we had good service and hot coffee in our cups in just a few moments. We ordered a french dip which was dry and a small amount of beef. Also, biscuits and gravy which... Not a fancy place by any means, but nice atmosphere. We had breakfast there and it was beyond delicious. I had the triple-berry crepes 4 large crepes floating in berry juice ( too die for.) The owner seems to greet everyone. If you're ever in CDA for breakfast, try this place. They also have delicious pecan rolls. We could have... More

This place is very busy the two times I have been there. Previously, I had breakfast and it was fairly good yet it is not hard to make breakfast good. The cinnamon roll though was dry. Today I went there at lunch and had the burger. Horrible choice! It was dry, and I mean dry! Absolutely no juiciness at all.... More

I've been here multiple times and it is always good! Friendly service and hot food. The chicken fried skillet is my favorite dish and the country gravy is the best I've ever eaten!

Jimmy is worth the trek down Sherman if you are visiting CDA. It is more of a locals place. Fantastic brunch with attention to detail. More than a simple diner, they make extra effort with every meal that makes it memorable. However, the prices do match the quality, I did find it more expensive than I would have thought given...
