It's not a great place to eat in, but the co-op has really good sandwiches, and other delicious things to pick up and take with you. My family likes taking stuff to do a picnic in the park in the nicer weather. It's got really good foods and has that fun North End local business feel. You should definitely check... More

We always stop at the Co op for food for the ride back to Ketchum. the salads satisfy me and hubby gets a specially made sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich was out of this world. Stop at the bakery and get a pumpkin, or ginger cookie, iced..yummy

Went there for lunch, ordered sandwiches, coffee and drink. Just one small table left for us to sit down because Boise High school students took most of the remaining tables and chairs, not buying food instead eating what they brought in. Two other couples were looking to sit down but all the tables were occupied by the student. I left... More

When traveling, my wife and I seek out food co-ops for good-ingredient, reasonably priced sandwiches, salads, and cooked items. In Boise for a couple of days in the last week of a 4,000 mile road trip, we found Consumer Co-op to be one of the very best we've encountered, a smaller scale version of the wonderful PCC in Seattle. The... More

Just think whole foods but local. They have an amazing selection of fresh bakery items (the almond croissants are AMAZING) and a hot and cold bar for meals on the go! Their beer selection is the best in the area and you can buy individually or by the pack. I love trying new drinks, so I always build my own... More

I've traveled the world and I just keep coming back to Boise...they have so much great stuff in a nice cozy friendly atmosphere. Don't miss the Boise Coop...they have all of the little hard to get items...all of the things you want...and the best, most friendly staff around. They have a great deli, hot bar and fantastic kitchen. If you... More

This is a great place to pick up a freshly made vegan sandwich or to make your own salad, or even get a vegan donut. Sadly, their vegan soft-serve ice cream machine is no longer there, but it's still a great place for delicious vegan food to go.

Wow, loved this little Co-op...better than Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Exceptionally clean & pleasant staff throughout the store. Everone can find something here. I love their hot & cold bars, I went for breakfast 3 days in a row and dragged 2 friends who are also hooked on them. Quality food, especially if you have special food needs.

Love the soup and salad bar and my friend had a delicious sandwich. We always find something here that will meet our diverse dining needs. We often have a vegetarian with us.

I love the new Co-op in Meridian. It is so spacious and light. A beautiful eating area and classroom there too. Wine tasting on the weekends often feature local wines and beers. We like to take the grandkids there so they can pick from the large selection of prepared foods. The burritos are so large we usually share -and better... More
